Biography :
Upon graduation from the University of Maryland with a Masters in Architecture, Hyun Kim practiced architecture for the past 10 years. With the natural overlap of architecture and real estate, she also pursued a real estate career which now spans 5 years. Her valuable background of architecture has helped many clients make informed decisions on the purchase and selling of real estate. Having been a life-long resident of the tri-state area and currently a resident of Fairfax County, Hyun intimately knows the evolving development of real estate in the area. Her past transactions have included luxury single family homes, commercial properties, cooperatives and luxury rentals. Hyun’s knowledge of zoning has assisted clients purchase homes on which they can improve through remodeling or expanding. Navigating the complexities of a real estate transaction can be daunting. Her clients will attest to her knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness to client needs, attention to details, tenacity, sound judgment and overall professionalism.
